BKWP Portable Series
BKWP series mainly designed for onsite repair, diagnostic, inspection, maintenance etc. build in re-chargeable battery and WIRETEST application. The operation hours can up to 8 hours. The BKWP series mainly consists of three products, BKWP-64/128, BKWP-256/320and BKWP-512/640/1024. Single test unit channel covers 64 channels to 1024 channels. Can quickly to check cables short, open, isolation, resistance etc.BKW series for hand held portable features can be easily carried out for onsite maintenance, repair, testing and validating. Supported multiple BKWP series combinations testing in parallel to fulfill line test requirement.
BKWT Desktop Series
BKWT series is a desktop wiring harness tester, mainly for all kinds of wire harness processing enterprises and related wiring harness products, manufacturers and so on. Provides inspection for the safety and accuracy of various wiring harness and cables. BKWT series test voltage range covers DC 5V-1000V. A single test channel covers 128-4096 channels. Provide rich accessories, and can be customized according to user demand production adapter, widely used in the production line detection.
BKWH High Voltage Series
BKWH high voltage wiring harness tester series is mainly for new energy vehicle high-voltage wiring harness testing equipment. New energy vehicles generally use 300V~600V or even higher voltage platform. The high voltage cable is used to connect the high-voltage battery, inverter, air conditioning compressor, three-phase generator and motor, so as to achieve the transmission of power and energy. Due to the high voltage, new energy vehicles require test equipment to provide up to DC6000V/AC5000V test signal output.
BKWH series can automatically complete the test of conduction, insulation and withstand voltage of high voltage cable. Unique high voltage pulse detection technology, can quickly cut off the phenomenon of discharge in 25uS, to ensure the safety of test objects and personnel.
BKWS Harness Test System
BKWS wire harness inspection platform is a precision detection system developed for quality inspection of wire harness industry. The system is mainly composed of wire harness tester, conduction testing table, bar code printer, scanner etc. It can detect wiring path, short circuit, open circuit and dislocation. It can also detect the resistance of the circuit, the reverse connection and breakdown of the diode, and the air tightness between the connectors.
